Traci WKennel Manager
Traci grew up here in Redmond and graduated from Redmond High School. She attended Phagans’ Beauty College in Bend and was a cosmetologist for a number of years. She has also previously worked at another veterinary hospital in Central Oregon and discovered that working in the veterinary environment suits her perfectly. Traci joined our front office staff in February 2014 and enjoyed getting to know our clients and their pets. In September 2016, when an opening for Kennel Manager became available, she took on the position with her usual enthusiasm. She finds great satisfaction in being responsible for taking care of the needs of both our hospitalized animals and our boarders, making sure that each is as comfortable and as happy as possible when they are with us.
Traci and her husband Russell live in Redmond. They have three fabulous sons: Ryan, Austin and Tanner, and Traci’s animal family includes a black and white domestic short-haired cat named Tux.
When she is not working, Traci loves to go camping and fishing with her family.

Jessica is a senior at Ridgeview High School and came to work at Cinder Rock in April, 2018 as a member of our kennel staff. After graduation she plans to attend Washington State University, and her career goal is to become a veterinarian. What interests Jessica at Cinder Rock is that working in our kennel is an excellent place to learn about how a veterinary practice is run. And she is also especially happy to be learning about the needs of each of the animals when they are with us. She is originally from Sunnyside, WA and now lives in Terrrebonne with her family. Jessica’s animal family includes two dogs: Gus is a black Labrador Retriever and Winnie is a German Wirehaired Pointer. In addition, she has two mares, Sunny and Sweet Thing.
Her favorite activities when she has free time are riding her horses, hiking with her dogs and spending time with her family.

Kylee is a member of our kennel staff who started working at Cinder Rock in May, 2018. She is from Damascus, OR and now lives in Redmond with her family. She graduated from Redmond High School and is presently a student at Central Oregon Community College studying to become certified as a veterinary technician. Working at Cinder Rock gives her experience in her field of choice and she is thoroughly enjoying helping to take care of the animals’ needs who are hospitalized or are boarding with us. Kylee knows that everything she learns in our office is invaluable to her as she works towards attaining her own personal and professional goals.
Kylee’s animal family consists of three dogs, two cats, four horses, a turtle, a chicken, a rabbit and a hamster. And when she is not working or in school, some of her favorite things to do are working and training horses and spending time with her friends and family.
